An historic, family-run and artisan mill, it produces corn and buckwheat flour of high quality, since 1903.
Not only yellow but also white corn flour, whole corn and taragna flour, as well as numerous instant flour,
pasta, biscuits , breadsticks, crust of polenta, cakes and soaps, all made from corn. One of the few still
active mills in Trentino, offers educational and sensory visits.
